  • Even though enormously popular abroad, the music streaming service Spotify has remained unavailable on the Web in the U.S. Daniel Ek, the company’s CEO, announced at SXSW yesterday that the site will indeed be launching in the Says this year, though, and that the free subscription service will be similar to the highly successful European version.
